We are soliciting your support to
sponsor this activity. Support from local businesses and farms will help attract a large
number of local spectators, establish the ODGC as one of the premiere llama events on the
east coast and advertise your business/farm to many local exhibitors and spectators.
Sponsorship funds will be used to offer premium prizes to winning exhibitors, provide
trophies for special classes and fund advertising and promotional activities.
- Gold Sponsor:
- A donation of $500 will qualify as an ODGC Gold Sponsor. This will
include a full page
color
ad in the sponsor section of the catalog; a listing on the
ODGC sponsors webpage, including a link to sponsors website
and two
free stalls.
- Silver Sponsor:
- A donation of $250 will qualify as an ODGC Silver Sponsor. This
will include a half page
color
ad in the sponsor section of the catalog; a listing on
the ODGC sponsors webpage, and one free stalls.
Bronze Level Sponsor:
A donation of $100 will qualify as an ODGC Bronze Level
Sponsor. This will include a business card ad in the show catalog
and
a sponsors
listing on the ODGC website.
Class Sponsor:
A donation of $50 will qualify as a Class Sponsor. This
will include a listing in the show catalog and an
announcement at the show for the sponsored class.
For Gold, Silver & Bronze Sponsors,
ads in digital format (.jpg, .tif, .gif and .pdf) are
preferred and yield the best results and may be sent on floppy, CD or
via email. Non-digital ads must be camera ready. All ads must be
received by March 29, 2008. |
